David Pegram was born in Highgate and lived many years in Dulwich. He studied art at the Central School of Arts and Crafts in Holborn. He has exhibited his paintings in London and in Norwich, the USA and in Suffolk where he now lives.

His interests are in oils and watercolours and cover a wide range of subjects including local landscapes, landscapes in the USA, Italy, France, Spain and Russia.
