Terms of Business with respect to Network Woodbridge trading as Prints4U of Woodbridge

.1) Definitions

"You" The Customer placing an order for merchandise to which these terms of business shall apply.

 

2) Prices

Prices for all prints for sale via this Website are shown in pounds sterling. Each price is exclusive of UK Value Added Tax (VAT). Note: Local import duties maybe levied by local excise authorities for payment on or before delivery. 

Prices are inclusive of postage and packing as displayed. Please refer to despatching costs page, following. 

To date we are not VAT registered. 

3) Payment

Payment for all goods ordered plus post and packing is required in advance of despatch.You may pay as follows:-

A) By cheque (in pounds sterling) - in favour of Network Woodbridge Limited. Your cheque will be required to clear prior to despatch of your order.

B) By any method mutually agreed and confirmed by email by "ourselves" and any potential customer.  

4) Despatch

Your goods will be despatched within 21 days of receipt of your order to the address specified by you on your order. We will email you to confirm acceptance of your order and to confirm despatch details. If your print is out of stock or despatch is not possible we will notify you by email and you will have the opportunity to cancel your order and obtain a refund. We reserve the right to refuse any order. 

Prints will be despatched in suitable packing for security and safety. UK Royal Mail and their agents and subcontractors will ship ( air mail where applicable) all prints.  

4) Warranty 

We warrant that each print is of genuine quality. Where it is of a limited edition, we confirm that we have taken reasonable steps to ensure that the print supplied is authentic and that the original plates from which the prints have been produced have been destroyed 

In the event of damage in transit please contact the carrier without delay. If you have difficulty in doing this please contact us with your order number and we will do what we can to help. 

RETURNS

If you believe that the print received by you is faulty, other than as a result of damage it transit, please return it to us post prepaid, and we will provide you with a replacement or a refund, if you prefer, within 21 days of receipt of the returned print(s). 

Please note this warranty does not affect your statutory rights under United Kingdom Consumer Protection Laws. 

5) Governing Law 

These terms of business are governed by English Law and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales for the final resolution of any dispute under any contract you make with us. 

6) Data Protection 

Your details will be stored electronically according to the terms of the Data Protection Act 1984.
